Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our handmade fabric goods and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
1. Custom and Personalized Orders: Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Standard Handmade Items: If you are not completely satisfied with a standard handmade item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs: For returns of standard items, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
